September GEM!

Congratulations to RJR's GEM, Ms. Caitlyn Guenter! Ms. Guenter teaches dyslexia at RJ Richey and constantly is working hard to help students set goals and see and feel success.

Nominated by multiple peers, Ms. Guenter is appreciated for the smile that she radiates with staff and students no matter the time of day, nor the task. Staff members credit Ms. Guenter for helping to brighten their days and for making such a difference in our students' lives. Other staff members shared that they consistently see growth from their students that they share with Ms. Guenter, making her essential to the success of our Bulldogs and an absolute asset to our campus!

Ms. Guenter goes above and beyond at RJ Richey to help, to problem-solve, and she's definitely helping others at RJ shine bright!
