January GEM!

Congratulations to RJR's GEM of Appreciation for January, Mrs. Cindi Evans! Ms. Evans teaches 4th grade Reading, Language, and Social Studies at RJ Richey and constantly is working hard to help students set goals and see and feel success.

Ms. Evans was nominated multiple times for this recognition, and we'd love to share a few of the nominations with all of our BCISD family about why Mrs. Evans is this month's GEM:
She has had such a significant impact not only on the kids in her classroom, but throughout the community of Burnet as well. In the classroom especially, she uses engaging and hands-on lessons to make difficult content easier to understand and students always leave her classroom excited about learning. She is dedicated to helping her students grow, and makes real world connections in her classroom!
