RJR is proud to recognize Shaylah Cunningham as this September’s Gem of Appreciation! She truly embodies Spirit, Pride, and Honor, showing what it means to lead and learn with heart, purpose, and dedication.

Mrs. Cunningham lives out our “Better Together” theme daily by building meaningful relationships with students, uplifting our team, and always recognizing the leader within each person she meets. Her positive impact radiates throughout our campus, making a difference one connection at a time.
